Eduardo Nieto Zavala, age 14, of Toughkenamon, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2007 in Avondale. Born in Yuriria, GTO, Mexico, he was the son of Maria Guadalupe Zavala Chaca and Eduardo Nieto Ayala of Toughkenamon.

Eduardo was a 9th grade student at Kennett High School. He was a fanatic of modern cars. He listened to all types of music but his favorite artist was Vicente Fernandez. In his free time he liked to draw. His favorite soccer team was El Pumas. He was full of dreams; he started working part-time on weekends and his goal was to buy a truck and fix it up with a good sound system. Eduardo was a good boy, we will miss him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Juan Antonio Nieto Zavala and Luis Fabian Nieto Zavala of Toughkenamon; paternal grandparents, Roberto Nieto Zavala and Ofelia Ayala Zavala of Mexico; maternal grandparents, Pedro Zavala Calderon and Herminia Chaca Martinez of GTO, Mexico; aunts and uncles, Jose Jesus Nieto Ayala, Roberto Carlos Nieto Ayala, Luis Zavala Chaca, Pedro Zavala Chaca, Ramiro Zavala Chaca, Javier Zavala Chaca, all of Avondale; Alma Rosa Zavala Chaca of Michigan; Yolanda Zavala Chaca of Mexico, Marisela Nieto Ayala, Eleazar Zavala Chaca, Maria Zavala Chaca, Aracely Zavala Chaca, all of GTO, Mexico.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Mother Church, Rt. 41, Avondale, PA 19311. Friends may visit with the family from 6:30-9 pm on Monday, October 29 and from 6:30-9 pm on Tuesday, October 30 at Cleveland & Grieco Funeral Home, 221-223 Pennsylvania Ave. Avondale, PA (610-268-2166) and from 11 am -12 noon on Wednesday at the church.

Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Kennett Square following the Mass on Wednesday.
